These EVPs are from the second investigation of this cemetery. Only Doug and Karen were present for the first investigation of this small, unassuming and isolated location. It had a dark feeling to it which was revealed in EVP evidence gathered that day. The second investigation included Doug, Karen, Darren and Melissa. That day, both Doug and Karen noted that the cemetery felt completely different. The "dark" feeling was gone and it seemed much lighter.
Two video cameras were set up to record in an area where EVPs were obtained previously. One audio recorder was also set with one of the cameras. We split into 2 groups and went away from the areas where the video recorders were. About 25 minutes later, a car pulled into the cemetery (quite a distance from where the cameras were) and an older couple got out and began to walk around. We decided to re-group and figure out whether to pack it up or to continue. This is when the following EVPs were obtained.
The first EVP happens when we are discussing whether or not the people have discovered the cameras. You hear Doug say "maybe they have a group, too." Then a voice (not any of us) says, "yeah". Melissa then says, "maybe they don't even see it." Then the same voice from before says, "I see it". Doug then goes on to say that he thinks they saw it and that they "veered off" to which the voice again says, "yeah". This EVP was picked up on both Doug and Melissa's recorders.
The second EVP happens a few seconds after the first one. You can hear us talking in the background and then a woman's voice says "now they're on candid camera." This voice is neither Karen nor Melissa and she appears to be directly talking about the couple who were near our cameras. She again states "now they're on candid camera" and then does a little giggle. This EVP was only picked up on Darren's recorder. The other two recorders right with it did not pick this up and neither did the video cameras or the recorder with them.
